I went to the pool and saw
the couple that helped fix the RV, I found out that Kathy plays the flute (So
did I) and she paints and is crafty too. I also saw Helen and she stopped by my
house after swimming and got some Alfalfa and Joint and Muscle Pain Cream
samples to try for her Arthritis. I also
saw Lynn and Reggie, Lynn is crafty and invited me to a craft get together at 10 AM every morning here, they will be going to Menifee too.
I watched Eric Worre's
Women's conference on Video and got a lot of good information.
One session was on finances by Kathileen Deggelman, she is
a financial expert and a multimillion dollar earner in Network Marketing. She had 10 tips for finances.
The goal is to make enough
money to put to work so you can live off the interest. $2 million at 5% will get you $100,000 per
year. Even if you have a limited income,
there is a way you can manage ti be well off if you know what to do with your
money.
1. Know how your background affects your money
attitudes and your spending.
(What were your parent's attitude about money?)
2. Make a decision to change your money habits.
(I want different1)
3. Change your intentions for your business, be
willing to work hard for finiancial
freedom.
4. Expand your knowledge about finances, money is
a tool, not a solution unless you use
it wisely.
5. Review your cash in and cash out every
month. Be efficient with bills (ie. get the best prices on insurance,
phone bills, medical Ins. etc...)
6. Create a debt snowball. If you have $500, $1000, $10,000 &
Mortgage, get debt free by using the
savings from the bills (in $5 above) to pay off
the $500 debt first, then celebrate for a minute, then use the money you saved from that bill plus the others
and pay off the next one and so
on until you are debt free. Whoopee! Try
it, you will like it. She said it is like getting a really
angry monkey off your back.
I AGREE!!!!
7. Hire an accountant or CPA. (Saves money on
taxes if you are in business.)
8. Create a Net Worth statement. List all your
assets and then list your liabilities.
(if you own house, it's value vs what you owe on it. Value of bank accounts, stuff & things
you own, ie. car, furniture, clothes, jewelery, etc..., then all Credit card
debt, and what you owe.) You mrae
probablym better off than you think.ey
9. Play the prosperity game: Pretend you have $10,000 to direct, guide and
spend in a month. Write down how you
would deal with it, Then the next month
do $20,000 and so on.
10. Teach your children how to play the
prosperity game. The way you handle your
money can affect even your great grandchildren.
PUT YOUR MONEY TO WORK FOR
YOU!
Don't be enslaved by it, or a lover of Money, it is just a tool, not the
answer.
People pay good money to get
this kind of advice, don't just read it and forget it.
Mark, the guy that called
while I was writing this and asked if he could come over and look at my water
pump (It had been giving me trouble since Texas). He came and fixed the leak issue, advised me
to put a water regulator (which I had) on the intake hose to regulate the water
pressure coming into the RV. God is so
good! He wouldn't take any money for it.
I gave him a Shaklee B Complex for he and Kathy, (I just got my Shaklee order
yesterday.)
Another gorgeous day 81
degrees now, going up to 86. Woopee! I am off to the pool!
Tomorrow I join the geese and the ducks in Menifee, CA. again.
